Statement Portal

As a Fund Advisor, you have access to our online Portal

Faith Foundation will email you a link to set up your access to the portal via email. Click the link, and you will be prompted to create your password. Once your password is created, navigate to the Login page, enter your credentials, and log in. The link is only for setting up your access and future access should use the portal website link.

If you serve as an advisor for multiple funds, you will see the Choose Fund menu once you have successfully signed in to your Fund Advisor Portal. Select the fund you want to view information from. If you are a Fund Advisor for one fund, you will be directed to the home page of that fund. Once you are on the fund's home page, you can navigate through the various informational areas by selecting the tabs at the top of the page. Below is a summary of the information found in each tab.

  • Home - This tab shows the fund's current balance and recent activity.

  • Choose Fund - This tab displays a list of all your funds if you're a fund advisor to other funds. You can select the fund you wish to view from this tab.

  • Deposits - This tab shows all contributions or donations to the fund. 

  • Distributions - This tab shows the distribution or withdrawal history of the fund. 

  • Request - This tab is visible to signers and enables them to create a new distribution request using a form.

    • A list of grant requests to be paid out along with their current status is available in this tab. 

    • A new request can be created.

      • Previous grantees and funds that you have given to can be selected from the drop-down lists. 

      • You can easily search for other entities you may wish to distribute funds to such as a church, camp, or agency by using the search box. Enter keywords and then click the search button.

      • You can create a new grantee manually by entering the name, address, zip code, and phone number.

      • Once the grantee information has been added, click the Submit button to complete the request.

  • Statements - This tab allows you to view and download all current and historic fund statements.

  • Files -  This tab allows you to view and download forms as well as any files uploaded to the fund record.

  • Investments - This tab lists the investment portfolio selected for this fund.

  • Logout - Use this tab to close your current login session on the fund advisor portal.

 

Are changes needed to the Fund Advisors authorized on your account?

We understand that fund advisors come and go due to various reasons.  The portal makes it easy to verify which individuals are currently authorized on each account.  Below the Current Balance displayed on the Home screen is a list of individuals currently authorized on the account.  (see image below). If upon review of your funds, any changes are needed, please complete an updated account access authorization form to alert us to those persons who are the correct fund advisors.

 

Frequently Asked Questions:

We will close with answers to a few questions you might have about the advisor portal.

  • The link/URL only worked the first time.  How do I return to the portal?  The custom URL inside your email should only be used to establish your password.  Take note of your username and the password you select and then visit our portal to access the system at any time. (the link can also be found in the top right of our website and in our monthly statement email)

  • I’ve lost my password.  What should I do?  For security reasons, the Faith Foundation team does not have access to your password.  If you would like assistance in creating a new one, please email Sara Culp (sara@faith.foundation) for assistance.
